NO MORE ARTHRITIS PAIN OR BONE SPUR!
About 1994 I was having a lot of pain and stiffness in my
shoulder and arthritis in my thumb. I also had pain in my left knee so went to
a Dr. in Franklin, N. C. and he said there was nothing he could do. I started
with the Formula IV and Protein, and after a year the pain was gone in my knee
and a bone spur had dissolved. I had
started reading the GNLD literature and then to verify it for myself and to
check if they were telling the truth, I started sending for literature from
health departments of the government, Center for disease control, a magazine
called Nutrition Action put out by the Center for Science in the Public
Interest and anything I could get my hands on pertaining to Keeping healthy. It
is all so interesting I just wish I could remember all of it. Salmon oil
lubricates the joints so I started taking two with every meal to get my body
saturated so the salmon oil could do its work. I took this about a month or
until I could feel that the pain and stiffness was going away. After a time, I
cut it down to one with every meal and did o.k. So then I thought I could cut
it down further to cut down on the expense but that didn't work because the
soreness and arthritis came back. I didn't want that so I got back on one with
every meal and that keeps everything working pain free and arthritis free. I
almost forgot about having pain in my knee since the pain has been gone so
long, I just forgot about it. But believe me , I am glad that one is gone. I
also give the same amount to my husband. He is 87 and no arthritis. Freda Chism
