Take a Deep Breath - Interstitial Pulmonary Firbrosiss, Sinus Infections

Scott Dutenhoefer has been diagnosed with Interstitial Pulmonary Fibrosis.

Scott Dutenhoefer was diagnosed with Interstitial Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF) in 2005.  He had a suspicious x-ray in OCT 2004. In 2005 the Mayo Clinic confirmed the IPF diagnosis.  He was told that this would worsen and he should be dead in four years.  Bill Bright, the founder of Campus Crusade for Christ, was dead in 2 years!  There are no medical therapies.  People usually die in 2-3 years from lack of oxygen because the lungs can no longer do their job.

Scott has been taking Herbal Respiratory PhytoDefense, Resp 11 (3 in the AM), Active 40 +, Salmon Oil Plus, Vitamin E +, A, Nourishake, extra Super C, and Garlic Allium Complex.  Last CT scan showed his lungs were stable and the disease had not progressed!  In Oct 2006, tests showed his oxygen saturation in his blood was at 97%, better than his doctor’s!  His yearly Respiratory Therapy test shows improvement from 2005-2006.  He has lost weight and started exercising.  At 65 years old, his vision is also stable.  He can do 1 ½ miles on treadmill in 15 minutes.  He can then walk for 4 miles without any huffing or puffing!  He gives the credit to GNLD, his weight loss, and the prayers of his friends!  It is now 2007 and he is looking good!  

It is now 2012.  Scott has experienced some increased secretions and more difficulty breathing.  He has added lung exercise and more Vitamin E Plus.  He has increased energy and goes like an energizer bunny!

I have appreciated the GNLD products that have made a difference in my life.  I used to have sinus infections and would have to take antibiotics.  Since finding GNLD, my sinus condition has vastly improved.   Antibiotics are a rare occurrence, as when I went to visit my Grandson who had a cough.   I take the Active 40+, PhytoDefense, extra A and E, Salmon Oil Plus, Herbal Respiratory, Super C, Alfalfa Plus Fiber, and lately, Resp-Eleven.  The Alfalfa Plus Fiber seems to keep my secretions thin and draining.  I thought it was normal to hack and cough in the morning since that was what my parents did.  My husband appreciates not hearing me wake up hacking and coughing!  Judy Dutenhoufer
